Called to make an appointment and the man who answered was very rude and short. Did not ask for my information and did not explain payment. I asked what days they had open, and the man said “I can get you in today if you’d like.” I said another day may work better, and he said “Okay, well we can sit here and play the guessing game or you can just tell me what day you want.” I wasn’t on the phone for more than 30 seconds and he was already being rude. Won’t be making an appointment here.

Update 10/27: my original contact was on Sept 7ish thru FB messenger req. an appt for the 12th for the 3 of us with Corey, no response so we went to the shop and the lady working couldn't get hold of him either...Corey messaged me back on Oct 18 (yes Oct) saying he had openings for Nov. When i replied that we had already received our tattoos but thanks, he never apologized for responding so late or even for missing the opportunity ..Rude!!
But thank you to Bobby for being a responsible business owner and at least trying to get back to me !!

not friendly people at all. they dont wear masks period let alone while theyre in your face piercing you. they also dont answer there phone so you wouldnt know if you needed to make an appointment for a piercing 😺

Best tattoo shop ever! I drive over 500 miles to get my work done here! Super clean, nice waiting area, reasonably priced merchandise and the customer service is like none other! The art these guys do is amazing!!

Although I've never gotten a tattoo or piercing, I have been in this business several times as a contractor and have always been impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism I see there.... if I were to get anything done, soundskin would definitely be the ones to do it.

i got my belly button pierced here in july of 2020. my piercing was pierced too high and it’s made it to where the piece of skin that’s held between the two holes has gotten smaller and is so fragile that i can see my belly ring through my skin. they were very clean and professional but my belly button is completely ruined. i had to take my belly ring out otherwise i would have lost the piece of skin it was holding onto.
