Great experience! I got my doubles and my brother got his first lobe piercings done. Mom was worried about my brother getting them and came with. She asked maaaany questions throughout the process but all of the staff were extremely polite and patient. Ashley did a wonderful job on our piercings. Great selection of high quality jewelry

Honestly the best piercing experience i've ever had (and i have 18 piercings)! Everyone was so kind and awesome! The piercer did an AMAZING job and was so so calming during the whole thing. I will for sure be coming back and I 100% recommend anyone to come here :)

The African American girl with the dreadlocks at the front desk was rude, unprofessional and wouldn’t know customer service if it bit her in the butt. Very disappointing.

My experience was really pleasant, the young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful, not a long wait…reasonable price, the lady that did my piercing … Rodriguez…was very attentive and did a great job with my nose piercing. I will definitely be back for other services as well.

I now have a third ear piercing. Ashley came highly recommended, and she did great! Her recommendations were worthwhile.

Everytime I go here I have a great experience! Today Sarah pierced my cartilage and she was so nice and professional it was by far the least amount of pain I’ve ever had with a peircing!!

I got both of my triple lobes and my left rook done here and Ashley was by far the nicest, most professional piercer I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! She made me feel that it was okay to ask questions, and my piercings were quick and for the most part painless. Ashley made the experience so positive and stress free, and she made sure I was okay and happy with her work throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t be happier with my piercings! Everyone at this shop is so nice and professional, and the shop itself is spotless (which given the covid circumstances is especially nice) and if I were to ever get more piercings, this is definitely where I’d return to have them done, and more specifically I’d love to have Ashley do any piercings I may have in mind!

Sarah is the BEST! My friend and I went to get piercings…I had no idea what I wanted…and Sarah guided me through. I love my stacked piercings and they added wonderfully to my collection!

Overall a very disappointing experience. We initially called just to confirm that they still did 6month olds because we had our first child's ears pierced there in February of 2021. They said they no longer did it they only pierced two and up. I said thank you and hung up. Later, after they closed I realized I should've asked if they could refer me somewhere so I just sent the message on Facebook. They replied and said that they still did 6month olds. That coming Thursday I called the store and confirmed again. They said yes, just bring them in on a Friday or Saturday. That Saturday at 1:00 we took her in and was informed that they only did two year olds and up. I told the receptionist that I had already talked to two other people who informed me that 6m olds were still done. She told me her piercers were on lunch and I would have to come back at 2:30 when they got back and talk to them. We came back a little after two and the piercers got back about 2:40. When the piercers got back she pulled them both into a room. When we got up to the desk she told us to go in and talk to the piercers. The piercers told us they weren't refusing to do it but they weren't comfortable doing it that they just changed the policy to make them do it. I told them that they did it in Feb 2021 and they said they stopped doing it after that and were just made to start doing it again a few days ago. We told them we were comfortable with our ability to hold our child still. When they pierced it they only pierced one ear at a time and said they didn't start piercing both ears at a time until 2years old.
Needless to say, we will be telling everyone to get it done somewhere else. When we got our first child's done it couldn't have been a better process and they now go out of their way to make the already stressful process more stressful.

Our experience at Tatu was great! My daughter had her ears pierced for the first time last weekend. We scheduled a time where both ears could be done at once. The piercers were awesome and explained everything. And they measured to make sure the piercings were in the same place on each ear. They used needles instead of a gun and I've heard that's more sanitary and you have less chance of infections. I highly recommend this place for ear piercings!
