First off, the people in here were incredibly kind and refrained from laughing at a 40 year old woman getting her decade old lip ring stuck in her mouth. Secondly, the gentleman who assisted took it out for me (I didn't catch his name), was very kind and quite literally an inventor in his field. He showed me how he has adapted his tools to help out idiots like myself. My words, not his. I'll not describe so he can patent his genius adaptions and make them available to all piercers. All in all, these people were experts and professional and I will make this my place to go for any future piercings or tattoos.

Today I got the horizontal (inner) lip Piercing.I was so nervous my piercer Justin was so nice and he explained everything he was going to do. My pain tolerance is not as low as it used to be but Justin helped me slow my breathing. He did an Awesome job. Everyone is nice and helpful I would 10/10 recommend coming here for piercings. I haven’t got a tattoo yet but this is definitely the place I’m gonna go💯

I had a neck tattoo done by Sav and absolutely love it! She was so sweet, drew it up super quick for me, and only took half an hour. The tattoo is BEAUTIFUL and I can’t wait to book another appointment with her!
The receptionist is super sweet and friendly, and the shop is nice and clean!

I went here today, as a walk in. I got a belly button piercing as my first piercing. The piercer was genuinely nice. I did have concerns because he didn’t ask if i liked the placement of the marking but I also was trusting his experience as a piercer. When it got done, I didn’t feel much and it looks cute I just think the marking where he pierced was a tiny bit off from being in the middle of my belly button. But it doesn’t bother me much . All in all it was a good experience.

I came here for my first tattoo (walk-in). I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, as I was stuck between two designs, but Logan helped me by telling me about pain level and time so I would have a good idea of which to do. I ended up doing a pretty decent-size piece with just simple lines, and he killed it. He works fast, as he will tell you, but none of the quality is lost. It took about 45 minutes, and the lines are clean and straight. He was super encouraging when I was nervous and checked that I was okay about a dozen times. I can’t speak to everyone at Idle Hands, but Logan is a great artists to get tatted by.
