Victory Tattoo

I am not one to normally write a review, but I feel I need to share my story. I have had many tattoos, from many artists, and have to say I have NEVER experienced anything like this. I had drawn up my own design and was so excited to have this beautiful piece forever as part of me. I brought a friend, because you know how girls are, God for bid we do anything alone! I knew that there needed to be tweaking to my piece because of where it was going to be placed on my body. From the get go, he seemed annoyed? I asked my girlfriend to join us to help me make some decisions about placement and possible additions. They were both holding the pieces of paper onto my body to help me get a vision. At this point we had only been back there maybe a minute? He seemed to be getting more agitated and proceeded to go sit down. My friend and I took another moment to make the decision about what would help the final piece work on the space on my body. We asked it he could simply add a small flower to help tie the two areas together. This is where the experience went from bad to worse. His response to our suggestion was pure anger and annoyance. He used very fowl language and proceeded to tell my friend that she didn't need to give her 2 cents? But that is the reason I wanted her there! To guide ME through the process. She then went back up to the front and Jon then chews me out telling me he doesn't need my friends dictatorship?!! I was so taken back!! I can't tell you enough that we didn't do ANYTHING to warrant such a response? Even the young lady that was up front had her jaw on the floor and was whispering to my friend "is this a joke?" I apologized to him over and over, not really knowing what I did?
After a verbal lashing, full of endless curse words, he gave me my deposit back and told me to leave. We both were stunned!! We still to this day can't wrap our head around could have brought on such anger and disrespect. This all unfolded in under 5 mins. I have already shared my story with so many and have been surprised how many have said they heard he is a jerk. A tattoo is a very personal experience and it is a customer service based business. I don't care how good you are you should NEVER disrespect anyone the way we were. There are so many other talented tattoo shops that you will not only get an amazing tattoo, but be treated with dignity and respect. I'm happy to say that Sinners and Saints were everything that I could ask for and more.

Juan was awesome. Had great conversation through out the 3 hours. My tattoo is unbelievable, could not be happier.

Pierced my nipples completely wrong and didn’t own up to HER mistake. Got offended and said she wouldn’t fix them or refund me. It’s called a NIPPLE piercing not and aerola piercing they were bruised and uneven. The bars also got imbedded because she didn’t use the right jewelry. Do NOT get them pierced here.

Juan did a great job. He was very thorough and the end product looked excellent. Would highly recommend!

Let me reschedule twice and I ended up with a very nice tattoo from Juan. The customer care is very excellent.
