Very professional! I love the work he did. My daughter was also getting her first tattoo which was a surprise for her 18th birthday. She made a comment she wasn’t sure about the original spot she had picked out. He told her that he will not tattoo on her if she is not 100% sure. I loved that. He actually cares about his clients. Phong has my business for life. We already booked out next appointment with him.

Taylor was my piercer at the shop. She did my Medusa piercing (septum was at a different shop). She doesn’t really work with oral piercings but I asked her if she does the Medusa and she does! She had a nice variety of jewelry options, she got her placement just right the first time marking it, and she talked me through the entire process. I wasn’t nervous about the piercing, only excited, and considering how well the piercing turned out the excitement was well worth it! Thank you Taylor!
