This is the 3rd time I've been there watching a loved one get a tattoo. The guys do a good job. Please make sure you check out the tattoo before they start so you don't have to wait a month to get it fixed if it has a date involved or a name .

I went in showed them a pic of what I wanted with a few changes and they called in Chico he drew it up in like 15 min and I love my tat! I get compliments on it all the time. I also got my nose done there and the guy was very clean and professional! It's like a man cave in there but it's a tattoo shop so it was expected! Definitely will go back to them again!

Probably the most spontaneous thing I’ve ever done.. me and 2 of my girlfriends had come over to Ottawa for food and while leaving we all had said how much we wanted our noses pierced.. so we called the shop to see if there was a piercer available and they told us we could come in that same night. Fast forward 45 minutes and all 3 of us have our noses pierced.
Bri was AMAZING!! I was a little (a lot) nervous but she helped calm me down so much, and did a great job explaining what she was going to do, and all the after care. The piercings all look awesome and Bri was so gentle in the process. Highly highly recommend Permanent Images!!

I went to get my first couple tattoos not even 2 weeks ago and my diamond on my finger literally has fallen off and hasn’t staying inked into my skin. I haven’t scratched it and I’ve been washing and moisturizing it as necessary. I’m quite disappointed, the man who did mine was also quite rude. Am not happy whatsoever. The boss should really watch to see what his employee is doing.

Ron and Paul have been tattooing for years and are very professional. They make you feel comfortable and explain step by step the processes before doing anything. Everything is clean, safe, and sterile. When someone is getting a tattoo that may not last, especially on the finger, because finger tattoos fade, they inform you before you get tattooed, so there are no surprises. They want what is best for you and their work.

I have had numerous things done here and I have always been pleased with the outcome both tattoos and piercings, I think the artist goes above and beyond making sure you understand the instructions for care and giving his number if you have any questions.

Did not know where to go landed up here. Aaron was great. Great personality. Very accommodating. My husband was able to see the tattoo before he started. Got exactly what I was looking for. We will definitely use Aaron again when we want more ink.

I did a lot of looking and research, to find a good place to have my tattoo done. I found that hands and fingers are difficult to get to look right. Looked thru Aaron's book and talked with him about ideas to get what I wanted. It is the image from a pendant that means a lot to me. It turned out great! I'm so happy with it. I would definitely recommend Aaron.

Loved getting both my Jellyfish tattoo and tongue pierced... Nice staff everything was very clean, And explained to me since is was my first tattoo and piercing! Perfect first time experience can't wait for my next one!
