Wild Wind is my current go-to tattoo shop as I have been a client of Chris Cendejas for a few years now. His work is phenomenal and reasonably priced. Also, what I appreciate most, is that if Chris doesn't like a design I send him he'll tell me straight out. As to the shop itself: it's a great space, clean and relaxing, where you don't feel like you're on display to the world. Highly recommended.

I was tattooed by Rich and he was very nice. I even dozed off while getting my tattoo! Due to covid, the shop is by appointment and I got my appt quickly after inquiring about a tattoo. I will be going back and hopefully get another by Rich again! My tattoo of my grandmother's signature is wonderful.

I've been going to Rich to get tattooed for about 7 years now and have always been extremely happy with how every single one of my tattoos has turned out. I'll usually come in with a basic idea, and Rich is able to turn that into something that turns out to be extremely awesome. Chris and Carlos are also very talented artists, and always impressed with the tattoos that they do as well. The shop also has some great decor, tunes, and just an all around great vibe, as it doesn't feel like your typical tattoo shop. And with that lazer light backdrop for your post tattoo photos, you can't go wrong.

Chicago has many tattoo shops with good reviews- I'm glad I picked this place! I fully expected to walk in to make an appointment for another day, but they accept walk-ins and I was in and out in less than an hour. The shop was clean, cozy, and filled with amazing artwork.
I went in to get a tattoo of my father's nickname for me in his handwriting and Rich did an amazing job! I was a little emotional and a bit nervous, but his presence was super calming. I wish I lived here so Rich can do my future tattoos (was in town visiting my brother). I guess I'll just have to visit more often!

My sister and I went to Wild Wind Tattoo a month ago to get our first tattoos - both small and simple. We both worked with Chris, who accommodated us without an appointment. He was chill and easy to work with, patient and allowed our other two sisters to join in on the experience. He was confident and knowledgable, and gave us care instructions that were easy to follow. The shop was clean and I felt like we were in really good hands. I definitely recommend this shop, and will be back if I decide to get another tattoo in the future.
