My husband and I loved the experience we had at Vagabond Tattoo studio on our Maui vacation! We both are extremely happy and satisfied with our new tattoos! We would absolutely recommend Jerry - our tattooist - to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo while on vacation or just living on Maui! His great light sense of humor and and the knowledge (especially some fun facts about Hawaii) were just an icing on the cake! And studio was so awesome too, tons of cool stuff to look at! I had a great experience getting a couple of small tattoos here on my vacation to Maui. Super easy to schedule, Jerry was a lot of fun and very professional, and both tattoos turned out amazing. I love them! They are the perfect souvenirs from a wonderful trip.

My mom and I were visiting from Boston, MA on vacation in the beautiful Maui. We wanted something to remember this amazing trip by and decided to get matching turtle tattoos! It was a last minute decision so we walked into the Vegabound hoping they would be able to squeeze us in. We couldn’t have picked a better place to go! Prices were great and Bryan did absolutely beautiful work on me and my mom. Everyone at the shop was so friendly and funny and the atmosphere is awesome. Also, Saraphina is the coolest! While I was waiting for my mom to get her tattoo done, she entertained my boyfriend and I the whole time with her awesome story she’s writing! A great experience on Maui that I will never forget :)

I took my friend in for her first tattoo while she was visiting. Bryan and Stacey made the entire experience excellent for a first-timer. There was some appointment confusion at first, but they quickly recovered from it and Bryan was able to sit down and work with her and gave her exactly the tattoo that she wanted. I highly recommend this shop, they are very talented, relaxed, and fun , while also being very efficient. Fun place and great people...highly recommended!

My friend and I had planned on getting a tattoo when we came to Maui for vacation. We both have several tattoos and we put thought into where we get our ink. Did the usual searches and won't lie, Vagabond didn't even come up on our radar. But a random word of mouth brought us here and we're so glad we ended up here. Their apprentice Stacey helped set up our appointment and helped start getting our ideas down and was also super friendly. Bryan did both of our tattoos. He is knowledgeable and was quick to make suggestions as to what he thought would work or wouldn't, which is extremely important in an artist. He also doesn't have a heavy hand when tattooing. Thats a nice touch, absolutely helps with pain levels. Pricing was more than fair, especially considering the talent that Bryan has. We're both extremely happy with how our pieces turned out. I will be recommending Vagabond to all my friends when they visit Maui and coming back should I get the itch next time I'm here.

I've had an amazing experience with this shop! Bryan did my first tattoo and he did an great job of taking my ideas and creating a fantastic image for me! He really made me feel comfortable with the whole experience and made my tattoo look great! His work is amazing and I get compliments on it all the time, I would definitely recommend Bryan as an artist! I also got pierced by Sarah, she's also very friendly and did a great job with making me feel comfortable with the entire process. Both my tattoo and my piercings are fantastic and I would definitely recommend visiting Vagabond Tattoo!

My wife wanted to get a personalized reminder of our trip to Hawai'i. She was interested in getting a new tattoo for this. I found and called Jerry at The Vagabond Tattoo Co. He was busy, but said he could squeeze us in that afternoon before we flew home.

I did up a quick sketch of what my wife was thinking about during lunch and showed it to Jerry. He took it and modified it some after discussing options with us. I also decided to get my first tattoo, thinking I could get out of it, because he wouldn't have time and I had a sunburn. Jerry said he could fit me in as well and modified the design a bit more for me.

I can say that although I said I would never get a tattoo, this was a great experience. My wife was thrilled with the results, and I myself couldn't be more pleased. Jerry was great, he was comical, straightforward, knowledgeable and a fantastic artist. I never felt uncomfortable in his shop and I have a huge fear of needles. Most of all, his prices are fair and more than reasonable.

Jerry was an amazing artist to work with. We were on vacation and set an appointment for our last day on the island. I was very picky and particular about wanting thin lines and light greyscale shading. I did a beautiful job. My husband got one two and what he was able to draw up for us was outstanding. I highly recommend this place. I might just have to come back for all my tattoo needs!

Got ink done by Jerry and Sarah on a visit out in Maui to take back home and the work he did for me and my husband was amazing! Couldn't be happier! They are fun and very knowledgeable! If you know what's good for you and you want some souvenir ink, this is the place to go!
