I booked an appointment for Saturday the 12th on Sunday the 6th but I couldnāt figure out the tattoo that I wanted so I cancelled the appointment. On the website it says it big bolder red letters āall deposits are non refundable after 48 hoursā it hadnāt been 24 hours yet when I cancelled my appointment. Iāve called and spoken with several people who told me that only the manager can do the refund which I completely understand. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes because they said that the manager would be returning shortly but someone hung up so I called again and the girl haven said that I could give them my cash app and they would give me the money almost 3 weeks later and I still donāt have my refund.
