I've sat with both Lee and Bo. Both of them took my very specific design ideas and KILLED them!! One was my tiniest tattoo, and one was my largest. Lee took my teeny tiny design and did AWESOME line work! During my largest, a 4 hour session, Bo was very attentive to my comfort and made sure I made it through without any problems at all!

James is the best of the best. He did a huge thigh piece for me a few years ago, and we are working on a full arm sleeve now. He's very personable, and professional. I have always loved to chat with the front desk team as well. Always a good experience when I'm here.

This was my first time getting a professional tattoo, so I don't know if this is a normal/okay thing, but I thought if my appointment was scheduled, then my artist would be getting prepared before that appointment time. At my first appointment, I wasn't taken back for a little over an hour past my appointment time (she was drawing up my design), and at the second appointment, I wasn't taken back for half an hour past my appointment time (she had been in the parking lot at the same time I pulled up *3 minutes before my appointment time*, and had to set up her equipment)
Aside from this, everything was amazing. Lee still deserves the five stars, because her work is outstanding. Whoever first quoted me only quoted for 2 hours ($300), and we ended up spending 7 total ($1050). She still only charged me based on my quote, but she deserved so much more for all the time she put into this. Her line work is incredibly, and she handled me squirming in pain very well and helped me get through it. The first session healed great, and I'm sure the final piece will do the same. I'm very thankful for Lee giving me this fun first experience, and as much as I said I never want to do this again, I'm already planning my next one so I can come back.

Bo was amazing to work with, he is extremely talented. It wasn't only the tattoo but the over all experience, right from booking the appointment to leaving the door. Very professional friendly staff, clean environment. I would highly recommend Untold Pain Tattoo Studio.

Me and my girlfriend went in to get 2 small tattoos on our hands. We searched local shops for someone who could do a walkin and they were able to get us in same day. James and the staff were very friendly and professional. The work done and atmosphere was excellent and on point. We will definitely be returning for our future tattoos.
