They do pretty decent work but they have the worst attitudes and customer service. I think the best employee there is the piercer because she is friendly and informative while the rest act as if it's a burden to smile or do ANYTHING.

I didn't get anything done here but i did go in to get some information and quotes for the design of tattoo i wanted. When i walked in i just didn't feel very welcome at all. and the guy at the shop who talked to us didn't give accurate advice and didn't seem very interested in helping too much.

this was the best tattoo shop i’ve ever been to!!! the people were very laid back and chill, and the service was amazing!!! it was also very cheap!!! i highly recommend you come!!

After calling Ivory Tower tattoos and being hung up on after asking if they took walk-ins, I decided to go there anyways and speak to the artist In person. I walked in and not one of the artist greeted me. I walked up the to counter and proceed to ask if they had time for a couple tattoos (keep in mind I was the only person in the shop) the woman who was listing to me made a sound like I was a huge inconvenience. They then told me that it would be another hour and a half! Before they could draw something up. The guy who I spoke to also was very rude when asking me if I had a picture for him to look at or did I expect him just to free hand it. After telling them I would look elsewhere, as I was walking out of the shop the male yelled "K BYE". I did not feel welcome, staff was very unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Staff was very unhelpful and didn't even bother to greet me when I walked in. Tattoo was not received, I had to go elsewhere because they didn't have time for the likes of me. Shame a business like this would just shoo away a potential customer.
