Even though Delan increased my drive by 45 minutes to get inked now, I still will only allow this guy to tattoo me. He is by far the most skilled and cool person I have had the privilege of being worked on. He makes the whole experience fun and painlessly entertaining. I can't wait to get more work by Delan. Honestly just the best experience. A great guy and crazy talented artist. He books out pretty far in advance, so you may have to wait a bit for your tattoo...but it's WORTH IT! Makes you totally comfortable, his art is amazing, his tattoo work is fantastic. All around AWESOME.

After researching artists in my area, I found Delan's IG and fell in love with his work. He's usually booked out for at least a few months, but trust me, HE IS WORTH THE WAIT! He was flexible with scheduling, provided great customer service, was friendly and knowledgeable about his craft, and that was all before I even met him in person. When you go for your actual appointment, he's welcoming and funny and puts you right at ease. And, most importantly, his art and his skills with the needle are AMAZING! I could not have been happier with the tattoo he provided for me. I'll never go to anyone else for future ink!

I saw a high quality tattoo on an individual in Salem that caught my eye and I inquired as to the artist. Then, a few weeks later, an almost identical incident occurred and in both cases the artist was Delan Canclini. I knew he was the man for my tattoo ... an idea that I had been holding onto for years. Looked him up, visited the shop, made the appointment. He has a skilled touch but also was always prompt in replies to emails, had a listening heart and offered honest opinions that guided the final product. Got the ink done 3 days ago and it's everything I hoped for! This was my 5th, and largest tattoo, the centerpiece for my back, and Delan did total justice to the original art. Excellent shop, perfect pace with attention to customer comfort, Delan is an easy-going dude, keeps it light and is great to talk to but serious about the art. My next tattoo will be with Delan for sure!

This is the second tattoo by Delan to continue my sleeve. The detail Delan puts into his work is beyond compare. I gave him a general idea of what I wanted and he ran with it. Look at the eye! Delan is by far my favorite tattoo artist. It’s hard to say what I love the most about him. I found him on Instagram back in 2014 and was immediately attracted to his style of art; it was exactly what I had been envisioning for my sleeve. We’ve been working on it for over 4 years now and I have so say as I’ve gotten to know him, he has quickly became one of my favorite people as well. Beyond the art, he is intelligent and passionate and an excellent conversationalist. There’s never a dull moment when he’s tattooing me, sometimes for several hours at a time! I trust him with everything. I throw a random idea at him, tell him to make it weird, and walk away with something better than I imagined. I always enjoy our time together and will be coming to him for years to come.
