I went last month to get a tattoo a young lady assist me. I was very unhappy with the work I asked for light shaded 3D heart with my husband name attached to the heart with a Crown sitting on top of it. That is not what I received the heart was blacked out and the crown was floating in the air and it was not 3D. I have seen house tattoos at better quality than this! I cried all night because what was supposed to be a special moment became a regret and nightmare. I went to speak with the manager the next day and was told he was out of town. My husband and I finally spoke to him about the tattoo. While my husband and I was trying to explain how disappointing and painful my tattoo was he tried to hush us because other customers was in the tattoo shop and quickly said he will fix it add color and make it right. To make an appointment in 2 weeks I did so. Today I went to get it fixed. When I arrived at 12:05 the doors was still lock they have a sign on the door they open at 12pm. So I pulled on the door it was locked. The owner CoCo stood there and watched me through the door while he called someone else to open it. I was not greeted properly he had a very bad attitude like he was mad he had to fix his employee work. Then he said what are we doing again with an attitude. I showed him my tattoo and went over what he my husband and I went over. Than says oh it’s $75 to fix after I paid $120 for this street unprofessional tattoo. I’m very upset how I was treated very poorly like I did something wrong. The healing process was very painful I was in pain for 2 weeks after being cut deeply. All I was trying to do was support a business and create a special moment for my husband and I. I would not pick this place the owner has no compassion for the customers here. I will be calling The Georgia Bar Association and a lawyer. It looks like my pictures was removed

Tonight I actually had my heart set out to get my tattoo at a tattoo place down the street but the tattoo artist charged way too much and tried to advise me to get a different tattoo then what I was actually going to get. After I left I went to Coco's not only did they gave me a good welcome and we made good conversation on what I needed to get done and Coco himself went right away getting things started for me.
Unlike the other tattoo place. I got a cover up and he made sure that the tattoo was covering my tattoo and looked good. He tried his very best to get the things done to the best of what I wanted. I would strongly recommend thirs tattoo shop out of ALL the other tattoo shops in Savannah.

Ashley was AMAZING!!! She did my piercings and I was so nervous at first but she made me laugh and smile and feel so comfortable. She constantly made sure I was okay and had me smiling ear to ear! I never write reviews but I made sure I did one just for her! Thank you again Ash and I’m sending everyone I know to you from now on!

I was reccomended this place by my roommate and decided to check it out. I went to get birthday piercings along with a friend. Super clean and friendly staff. I had Ashley pierce my friend and I. She's been piercing for 7 years. She did a great job piercing my nipples and charged a very reasonable price (75$ including jewelry, 20$ more for titanium). My friend got her conch pierced for 50$ (including jewelry). I definitely recommend this place for quality piercings for a good price !
