Went and got my second ear piercing. Trusting staff, I didn’t think twice about whether or not she could simply pierce my regular earlobe. Long story short, the holes are way too close together. I can’t even place two studs in my ear, that’s how close they are. Needless to say, I took them out and hopefully it’ll heal and be able to be re-pierced...at a different piercing place.

It would have been awesome if we were told before we came( when we called) that it would be an hour to be serviced. Not due to the wait but because the lady was going on break. Which is fine, but instead you tell us we had to be in the parking lot for you to give us an update. Like 10 people walked out.

I went with a family member. I would never give them my business from my experience. Parking is horrible and the waiting room is small. Now the reason why I'm giving this place a one star is because of the man at that front. His attitude is horrible and uncalled for. He talks to you like you're beneath him and doesn't care how he speaks to anyone. Dont waste your time unless you want to go off on the front desk attendant.

Went on a Tuesday for their great piercing deal. The line moved very quickly despite the place being packed. Staff was very nice, good vibes, try to go early to avoid lines.

Geesh! I forgot her name but I think it started with a Z, something like Zaria. (So sorry girl) but she did me and my best friend nose piercings yesterday and she was AWESOME! We were comfortable, though she got straight to the point which worked for us because we were nervous so we were done and out! She's was very sweet. Also the guy at the front desk who took our payments and info was nice as well! Overall an amazing tattoo shop with some really cool ppl.

Hadn't ran back to get it but I guarantee that this spot with these people are laid-back chilled and cool that I'd recommend this first out of any for great customer service in piercings and tattoos! By my birthday month (March) if not before I AM going to get my nose ring back and for good! Thank God for these group of HEROES!

They maybe great tattoo artists but when it comes to septum piercings the dude with the two piercings in his face isn't the one for you. Long story short I went to a local piercing shop because I felt like my piercing was infected thank God it wasn't but I was told that not only was my piercing crooked but I was pierced with the wrong type of jewelry. This is my first and last experience with this business.

The staff was so friendly and personable. Zari was my piercer and Raven held my hand. Lol, those ladies are above average and exceptionally awesome!

First post BEFORE I removed my initial jewelry: Now for this place it's not the piercers nor the tattoo artist that gave this review 3 stars it's the actual buildingThe artist are SUPERB. The building is a safety concern honestly. It's small. One way in and one out. Upstairs is really tight and and stuffy. The guy at the desk was laid back but could have paid more attention to the ppl waiting. I liked it though. My piercing is still in healing but trust and believe I will def be back. Also for helix piercings ask for a captive bead my barbells are killing my ear....
Edit: the piercer who pierced me pierced my ear with jewelry way too small for an initial piercing. I took my barbells out and saw they were no bigger than barbells you would use AFTER HEALING. My poor ear swell up and the jewelry caused hypertrophic scarring on BOTH ears. I’ve been pierced 10 tens in various areas and NEVER experienced jewelry so small in a fresh new piercing. It won’t stop me from going back for the piercing I want as it is NOT Cartilage and I will change my jewelry immediately afterwards. In other news word for the wise and cautious “ you get what you pay for” I only paid $10 bucks for this....

They advertise $10 piercings from 12 to close but the they said the piercer wouldn’t be there until 4 . I just left.
In response: if you advertise a service for 12 to 10 most people would assume that someone would be there to do the service at the times advertised. If the service is available when the piercer gets there then advertise the specific hours.
