My tattoo was well done, but shop experience was not good. Receptionist was rude and my artist didn't ask any questions or talk to me at all. It was just kind of awkward. Again, great art, just poor service

I'm not sure how to feel about this place. It's in a nice area, the building looks clean as far as I could see. They offered piercings, as long as it's not your tongue, or anything else exotic I guess.

Worst customer service ever. Do not let them take your money. This place needs training on customer: employee relations. Do not go. You will feel ripped off.
Front desk is where the money is and there’s a receptionist causing the brand to lose lots of money.
Even worse she is being coached by another individual on how to run the money way.
