Had a great experience with Justus Storm while getting my tattoo. I scheduled an appointment with the shop for the next day and they were able to fit me in which was awesome. Justus was easy to work with and light handed. Store was super clean and would highly recommend them and Justus for an future tattoos

Kenny has never done me wrong with his work. I'm always happy and they always come out better then I thought. My deer is a cover up of a cross I had for my old man. He is amazing and professional. Listens to what you want and makes it come to life.

I’ve been coming to the shop since last year and it’s always clean and very friendly! One of my favorite shops to go to. Aubri has done 4 tattoos on me so far and they’re all incredible! She’s such a great artist and is always a pleasure to talk to and get tattooed by. I can’t wait to get more!

I went to Tiger Shark Tattoo Studio with my mom and grandmother. We all got matching tattoos from Kenny and he was an amazing artist. We came in with a reference photo and he was able to take it and make changes to enhance the quality of the tattoo. Additionally, this was our first tattoos and he was able to ease our nerves and make us feel comfortable. This was a great experience and definitely recommend this shop and Kenny.

I cannot speak highly enough about this shop. The vibes are great, the artists are phenomenal, fun place to be. Joe helped set the appointment up for me on short notice is a really great dude. Kenny was my tattoo artist and I have to say, giving the artist their creative freedom is the best thing ever. I’ve gotten several tattoos and I’ve never had a better experience than at Tiger Shark. The quality of their work is extremely impressive and they genuinely care about their customers. 10/10 I could go on forever about this shop. They’ve got a life long customer here. Never imagined the rough idea of my tattoo turning out to be my favorite tattoo I’ve gotten given Kenny’s serious expertise and creative freedom. The whole gang at Tiger Shark are awesome, super friendly, and genuinely good people with customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything. Not to mention it’s the coolest shop I’ve ever been to. Thanks Joe and Kenny for fitting me in so quickly. STOKED!!

On our vacation to Florida we decided we wanted to get shark tattoos after doing a shark diving experience. We contact Tiger Shark Tattoo shop about a week before and Joe hooked us up with Kenny. Kenny not only did an AMAZING job, he came in on his day off just to do our tattoos!! We came with our ideas and Kenny made them his own, which was better than we expected. Shop was clean and sanitary.

The way my friends and I were treated by Justus this past Saturday was unacceptable. He tattooed my friend on a previous visit and while he was equally unpleasant BUT mellowed out, we continued with our tattoo session. On 05/14/2022 the way we were treated AGAIN was DISGUSTING, four of us (Ladies) walked in together to inquire on getting tattoos. This was not planned on our part and since walk ins, are welcomed we did not make an appointment or call. We were greeted by a girl at the desk she was welcoming, she asked how she could help. Justus walks in, since we have worked with him before we greeted him in a friendly manor but did not receive the same in return. We let him know we were wanting to get tattooed today if he had time, we were immediately told "I got no heads up, no call, no appointment and I leave in an hour, we came in early at 10" My friend stated, “We were not aware we needed to make an appointment” in which Justus replied in a crass tone “Well now you know”. We get it, can't get tattooed today, that's ok but it gets worse. A tattoo he did about two months ago now, for my friend was fading and she asked if the colors could possibly be re-touched. He went on to say that our skin tone does not take color well, which we are aware as black women "some" colors may not take well. He used an example which he presented verbally regarding brown paper and white paper and how color intake would be different for both. So now our skin color was being compared to the color of paper. He seemed irritated, and stated, "My wife is black, and she has the same skin tone as you, so I know it won’t make a difference". Another friend of mine wanted a back tattoo of a cross he looked quickly and said it could be squeezed in today, but It would need to be a split between him and Kenny. He went to get Kenny, Kenny was very pleasant as always, he apologized for not being able to help today, he was also leaving early. Kenny advised we make an appointment, said he would be happy to assist us in the future. Justus responded without giving us the time to converse among ourselves "Oh they aren't looking for that". He went on to say he was telling my friend who wanted the touch up, that her skin is the same tone as my wife, and it won't work. He looked at Kenny and said, "You know my wife is black” he then looked at my friend again and said, "I am looking at you eye to eye, and I am not f***ing with you, it won't take, and I can feel you are giving off a "vibe". At this point were so disgusted from the customer service we received. We asked for a card, Kenny tried to give us his card but Justus told him "No give them the office card" We took the card and left, we will never use this location and its services again. We were able to find another local tattoo shop same day, although they were not available to service us and do not accept walk-ins. They were pleasant answered our questions and assisted us in making an appointment. I would not have expected to be treated in such a manner when, I have been tattooed at this location twice and have recommended to my friends, the embarrassment endured that day is not ok. It may not matter, that four black women ever return for services but something needs to change. IF this is type of customer service provided, your shop will not be in service long. This situation did not need to turn out this way a simple “I am sorry, but we cannot accommodate today” would have suffused, along with answering a few quick questions and maybe helping us set an appointment for another time. Again, Kenny has always been pleasant.

This was my first tattoo ever and I was super nervous! Justus drew me a sketch of what o wanted and I loved it. His line work is amazing and his shading! My tattoo came out better than I ever expected. He’s also a great guy and kept me calm with great chat! I highly recommend this tattoo shop!

Joe helped me get set up with Paige for a custom piece in memory of my dad. She did such a beautiful job turning my idea into reality. I felt super comfortable with how clean and sterile everything was. Happy I found this place and Paige for such an important piece!
