I was tattooed by Ryan Eternal today and it was a great experience. He captured my best friend (my cat) absolutely perfectly. I’m so happy with my tattoo. Ryan was amazing throughout and made sure I was ok during tattooing. 10/10. I will be going back for another one !

This place was recommended to me by my brother. I’m so glad I trusted him. Brandon took really good care of me. He took an interest in my desired design and made sure to understand why it was important to me. He also has a very soft hand and prepared well. The atmosphere was very chill and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone having second thoughts! Thx DD!

My artist was Annabelle and she was awesome. Light handed and quick. Love my tattoo. Overall pleasant experience 😌

Every time I come to Devoted it is always a good time! Annabelle is an incredible artist and is so great to work with for any style piece. Her line work is unbelievably clean along with her color choice and shading for each piece being absolutely incredible. I have never had an artist that makes the experience so comfortable and fun for their clients like she has. Truly a professional artist! Can not wait to be back at her booth soon!

The owner Mike Biller does majority of my tattoos. He does phenomenal work, runs a great clean shop. Always an enjoyable experience to be at the shop and have some laughs while getting an awesome tattoo.

Got my first tattoo from Ryan Eternal and it came out amazing yesterday. It was everything I wanted to add to my American traditional nautical leg sleeve. He does fantastic work and is very efficient especially with a painful spot to work with.

Also have been tattooed by Frank and he did an awesome nautical dagger. Clean lines and creative concept drawn up by his own idea.

Usually always give the guys a concept and let them do their own thing on design and they never disappoint !

I was searching for an artist and happen to fall into Annabelles lap. Shes energetic, fun, and professional. Its super clean in the studio. Annabelle knew what I wanted and even showed me things I loved more! We pieced together my half sleeve and she rocked it. Her color schemes are out of this world. I constantly have people stopping me to get a good look at the tattoo because the color just pops and the work is even better! We are now working on a full sleeve because I was so happy with her.

Great environment for anyone looking to get a tattoo. Ryan was amazing and hands down one of the nicest people I've ever met. I got a star wars tattoo and we watched star wars together for 8 hours. That's above and beyond customer service. The shop was kept very clean and you can tell everyone takes pride in their work.

Got my first tattoo here about a couple days ago with Ryan. I had the best experience anyone could ask for getting their first tattoo. Ryan made it super easy fun and memorable can’t wait to go back and get more with this guy.One of the big things that stood out for me was how professional they all were. I was trying to set up 2 appointments for the same day for a friend and I to get tattoos done. First time was pretty much handed a business card with a QR code on it and was told to scan and pick a artist and message them even though we had our artists picked out already but was never asked. I went home messaged one artist Hallie she responded and agreed to meet me the next day to go over both tattoos. Messaged Hallie asking if I could come earlier if it was ok with her. She agreed. I was coming from Ormond to Palm Coast and when I got there and told them I had an appointment with her they said oops she left she will be back. Then Jade said I will call her she came back and said sorry she is having issues and will contact you at a later date. I work in sales and this is unacceptable. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Found a new place who has agreed to do the work we wanted. Please do your business elsewhere.

Great studio!! Awesome staff! I came in for my very first tattoo. I lost my best friend suddenly a year ago and wanted to get something special in her memory. I was extremely nervous/anxious about it. Rob Slasher was my tattoo artist and he was AMAZING! He was super encouraging, patient, and professional. He drew out exactly what I wanted. I love my piece and so glad I chose Devoted and Rob for my first tattoo. Highly recommend!!
