The shop has a diverse range of talented artists that specialize in different styles. Caroline is an amazing artist who specializes in fine line black and grey anime/manga panels. Steve has a "soft touch" and is known for his beautiful sunflower tattoos. Sammy is an absolute angel and ink wizard who specializes in colorful and funky tattoos. Arden is an already talented artist who is kind, gentle, patient, and absolutely hilarious. Curtis Aldrich is extremely talented and is known for his professional and clean work.
The East has received mixed reviews from customers. Some customers had a great experience and highly recommend the shop and the artists. They appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, the professional and clean work, and the beautiful decor of the shop. Other customers had a bad experience with some of the artists. They complained about the attitude of the artists, the lack of aftercare instructions, and the high cost of the tattoos. However, the negative reviews were outweighed by the positive ones.

I absolutely love The East. Sammy has done two of my tattoos, one being a large thigh piece and the other a coverup on my foot and toe. They were both very rough sits for me and she was so kind and accommodating for both. Knowing that I’m going to work with someone like Sammy really eases my anxiety before the tattoo. I feel safe knowing that I can tell her that I need a break and an extra spray of Bactine. Or even a Coke or Ring Pop. Her art style is colorful and funky. A must for cutie tattoo lovers. The conversation is easy and fun with her. She’s an absolute angel and ink wizard! 12/10.

5-stars to Trevor and The East for an amazing experience through troubled times. My best friend and I have been planning on getting matching tattoos since February (as a birthday gift) , then COVID hit and our plans changed drastically. My best friend was the one coordinating the logistics of the tattoo and would forward me email updates from Trevor and his assistant. They were both nothing short of responsive and were extremely flexible throughout the entire planning process, up until the day of the tattoo. Even though my friend and I could not be in the building at the same time due to new COVID regulations, Trevor still gave us both a personalize and special experience. This will definitely be one of many tattoos that I will be getting from The East and from Trevor, thank you for making my belated birthday gift a memorable one.

My boyfriend and I have gotten a number of tattoos done by Steve and I can't begin to describe the exceptional quality of work and service we have received. We followed him from his last shop to The East, and even though I have moved out of FL, I definitely plan on returning to get more work done by him in the future. I wish I could give 10 stars! The East is by far the best tattoo experience on the planet. I have tattoos from Earl and Steve and I could not be happier. Their quality of work speaks for itself. I waited 20 years to get my sleeve, and I minute I consulted with Earl, I knew he was the artist to do it. The East is the best!

This is the most amazing tattoo shop you will find in Orlando. Very professional and chill vibe you get when you come in. They're appointment based only, so you will have to contact the artists in order to get some work done, but honestly, this is absolutely my favorite tattoo spot ever. I will never go anywhere else. I would travel seas just to get work done by Earl.

Came from of town and had a session with Earl, great shop and the staff was awesome, Earl was able to get everything into the design and got it knocked out, couldn't be happier with how the tattoo turned out as well as the overall experience, definitely recommend and can't wait to be back in town and stop by again.

Steve is an incredibly talented artist, got a piece done by him years ago, color still looks amazing. One of the best artist in Florida, if not the entire United States of America.

I will follow Earl anywhere he goes. This new place is unlike any tattoo shop you will ever experience. It is exactly how I envisioned Earl if he ever had his own studio.
He is direct and cares about what he tattoos on people. If he thinks it will look terrible he will send you packing as he will not want his name associated with that tattoo. Meaning its not all about the money with him.
