I waited over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged. I had been walked past more than once. The service itself, once received, was good. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. If it weren't for the poor wait time and lack of acknowledgement I'd say 4 stars

I really liked this place. I went in to get an industrial piercing and the woman made extremely sure I liked where she was about to pierce and let me take a breath before the second hole. I plan to get more piercings and plan to come to this place for all of them.

Unprofessional all around. Disrespectful, stuck up, distracted, unorganized. Would not recommend. When faced with a some what challenging tattoo concept the tattooer, fred did almost everything to try and get out of it. He argued and tried to pass it on to an already busy tattooer. Artists should embrace challenges, but i would not call this man an artist. I have been getting tattooed for years and years and have not had a more disappointing experience. Tattoo turned out mediocre. Price was quoted at 150$ and then i was charged 280$

Nice establishment, although I highly recommended only using cash to make any payments to avoid additional unauthorized charges being added to your credit card after you’ve left.
