I got a tattoo by Rey, he collected all my money in advance for the Tattoo and he wont finish it. I messaged him over and over trying to get a appointment then he told me because I messaged him too much he wont finish my tattoo! BEWARE!!!! Go to someone more honest n professional then this guy.
