I went to Lou store 4-5 days ago because I couldn't take off my earring, which I put on my ear cartilage 6 months ago. There was a black woman (i haven't asked her name)SHe immediately received $ 10 before trading. After sitting in the seat, she tried to remove the piercing earring from my ear, tried for about 15-20 minutes. But I could not tell you about the pain howmuch was it omg! that I have experienced during this time. my neck and ear were completely tightened and turned red. SHe said she couldn't take it of from my ear and I had to go to the hospital. I didn't want to do this, so I asked her if there was anything like scissors to cut the earring out. And I could no longer bear the pain I was experiencing and I got information about how to get the earring out of where I bought it and said that I wanted to come back and asked what I paid; sHe told me that she would get paid again and that this was not the case for her, but it was precisely her incompetence. Because after that, as a chef in a cafe, I told my friend the situation and he held me from the back of the earring with pliers in his hand and took the earring out of my ear in 3 seconds without hurting me. I've never seen a piercer as AMATOR as Lou. I am very lucky that my ear is not damaged or infected. I NEVER recommend you go.

Whether you bring in your own art or allow him to be creative with your ideas - he’s your guy! He was very accommodating with our busy beach schedule and we left very happy customers! Went in February and Matt pierced my nose. He was excellent! Very knowledgeable. Answered every question I had and was patient with me. Went back to change it and was another great experience. I would recommend him to anyone. 10/10 experience
