I have been going to Livewire for a few years now and I get all my ink done by Vinnie. He has been my artist and only artist even before he worked at LW. I decided to do a full back piece of a Lion Dog and could not have had anyone else do it other than Vinnie. The piece turned out fantastic and whenever I am out with a tank top on or no shirt at all I get nothing but compliments on how great it looks. Every piece that he has put on my skin is nothing short of awesome. I have recommended him to a number of family and friends and everyone has been 100% satisfied with his work. As for the shop and it's owner, Jason, and staff they are very welcoming and friendly. I travel from out of town to get worked on and that in itself says a mouth full about the place and crew. Looking forward to going back to finish a leg piece. I WOULD 100% recommend LW to anyone looking for a great quality tattoo that they can be proud to have on their skin.

Sorry, my experience at Livewire Tattoo Studio was AWFUL. I went in on a Saturday and made an appointment for the next day with Vinnie. I was told that he was awesome! When I went in on Sunday I was told that another artist (Eli) would be doing the work. I was more than disappointed. I gave Eli a picture of a turtle that I wanted tattooed on my hip. It ended up looking like a frog that was run over by a train! It was also extremely painful! Vinnie was working that day and took care of a walk in while I was having my tattoo done. He did not have a client when I arrived. He did two tattoos on the guy who walked in while I was still getting mine done. Vinnie never asked to see the tattoo once it was done. I could not reach anyone on the phone for two days. Their mailbox was full. When I returned to the shop on Tuesday, the artist apologized and gave me my money back. Vinnie later called to say that that was not how things are done there! He never apologized. He told me that it could be fixed - which should have been done at the time - not after I was all scarred up. He told me that there was a misunderstanding - poor excuse when the guy had a picture of what I wanted. Overall, I would not recommend Livewire Tattoo Studio. I felt completely disrespected, dismissed and taken advantage of. I never got an estimate in writing. The final price was more than I was told it would be. Getting a permanent tattoo is a HUGE decision and one that you need to have full confidence in an artist. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Went with my mother in law to get her tattoo. I recommend u come here to get a tattoo. The guy was sweet and quick but also great great beautiful work.
