The whole experience was quick and easy. I have a decent amount of pain tolerance but even so I believe with her hand it will be quick painless to anybody.
Very profesional, clean environment, nice bathroom. All the works of a successful and prospering business. 10/10 would recommend.

After waiting a week for my appointment I came in 20min ahead of time signed in and paid for my service. I was told to sit in a lobby and that I would be called shortly. They probably called about 4 ppl ahead of myself when finally the guy up front told me I'd be called next. The piercer proceeded to call a group of 3 girls in to the piercing room. Mind you my appointment was at 1:00pm it was not 2. I finally stood up and asked for a refund. What is the point of setting up an appointment if the shop will not honor your time slot. It was extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. I would give zero stars if I could. This place clearly had a certain type of clientele the shop was filled with under age kids with their parents. Definitely would not recommend.
