So far so good. Met with Andy on a consult 10/15. He was punctual, professional (but not stuffy), and knowledgeable. We discussed ideas. He appeared excited about the idea, which is a bonus. He was upfront and honest as well. Which is super important to me.
He measured and photographed my arm for the sleeve. Placed a deposit and set a time frame. Looking forward to the next step.

Rey is one of the best tattooers within the tri-county area hands down. Super light hand, don’t even feel like your getting tattooed. After almost 3 years his tattoo looks like it was done last month.
