I called this place up not knowing any tattoo shops in the area, so Eric picks up the phone and gets me an appointment. Was super happy with the responses I was getting from the first phone call and got a great feeling about it already! Went in to get them done and Eric has to be one of the best tattoo artists out there!! He cares about every little detail doesn’t matter how simple the tattoo. Got some amazing work done, and would recommend to anyone that goes to this shop to go see Eric if you want a perfect tattoo :)

I had an amazing experience at Black Rose Tattoo. Even though I’m from a different state and had limited time in Florida, Erik was totally willing and able to schedule me in while I was here. He made the experience of getting my first tattoo easy and enjoyable, and was super kind about taking breaks (even for a small tattoo) when I didn’t feel well. I would love to get tattooed at Black Rose again!

This was my first time getting a tattoo, and I could not recommend Jamie Goodspeed more. I was super nervous and unsure of what I wanted, so I put my faith in Jamie and she went above and beyond. She is a talented artist, and she makes the time you’re in the chair go by like a breeze. If you are ever in Deerfield looking for a place to get some ink, look no further. Black rose tattoo shop is filled with amazing people and talent to match. Even the owner, who I’ve seen at my old job, we still talk about the restaurant anytime I come in, even though I don’t work there anymore.

Overcharged for two 3cm tattoos. 230$ for both; was told tattoos would be amazing with the lady who did my tattoo, but the line-work was uneven, blotchy, and pricey. The tattoos meant something very special and I felt like the staff took advantage of me during a tough time.

Shout out to Erik Dennis he does some amazing quality work he was fast and professional. My wife and I are down from Michigan and wanted a matching tattoo. Not only did Erik take the online photo and make huge improvements, so we had something more one of a kind but he was able to do both tats same day! We couldn’t have asked for better art

I had my first tattoo done with Jamie in August. I got a tattoo in my grandmother’s handwriting and Jamie absolutely crushed it!! It looks so dainty and beautiful…exactly how I wanted it! She was extremely meticulous with making sure the placement was perfect and I really appreciate that. She was so sweet and welcoming along with the entire staff. The shop was super clean and had a great vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!!
