Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced from a shop!! The artist I booked with no longer works there. Called them to get my deposit back and they tried to make me book with someone else - and then refused to give me my deposit at all!! She was completely rude and inconsiderate, and pushy.!!

I think this tattoo shop is pretty rasict, I been trying to get a ear piercing for a couple days it’s seem the owner dosent wanna pierce a person of color when I walked in it’s all eyes on me, I give them my number to contact me never call me back to get my ear piercings wow never again I thought racism was over In certain place
