I actually liked this Freaky's a lot compared to the other ones I've been too. This was my first good experience at one. I only went there tonight because they were the only store open.

First time in this location....new to the area ....Loved it from the moment I stepped inside!!! Staff was knowledgeable and so kind....the selection is amazing!! (*including wraps and papers!!!) And I spent 20$ less on EXACTLY what I was looking for. All around awesome experience and I will be shopping here ALWAYS!!

Wow, so I am changing the 5 star review I left last night to a 1 star rating. I was just in there purchasing another piece of glass. The little blonde girl was helping me. As there are hundreds if not thousands of pieces of glass in the cases, its kind of hard to point out which one you want. So I reached over and pointed at the $30 dome attachment I wanted and when I was 6 inches away from the glass, she slapped my hand away and told me "no touching the glass!" Like seriously? I wasn't touching the glass, I wasn't even about to touch the glass. I was telling her, "this one right here" while clearly pointing to the piece I wanted. How freaking rude! I couldn't believe it, I nearly walked out right there and went to a different shop, its not like they are the only shop in the area. Needless to say, I still ended up purchasing the piece, although I regret not just walking right out and taking my business elsewhere. How dare you even think you can put your hands on me!? Like that's lawsuit territory right there. All I can say is, find another shop, one which appreciates its paying customers and doesn't treat them like a thief or a child. Ugh!!!!

The staff would not stop following me around the shop.I also got two torches here and they both broke the same day. Low quality and way too expensive. I will not pay $45 for nothing that's going to break in the same day.

This place has a lot of locations! It is a chain store a retail smoking accessory shop :-) pretty good place all around good inventory! Customer service is nice :-) a little bit overpriced but that is common in the head shop industry :-) I would definitely recommend checking one of the multiple locations out if you are in Colorado!

Mostly friendly, but they’re pricing their Uban Ice products for 30% higher than UI has on their own website and refused to match the price. I don’t see why I should go there and pay for that markup. They should be getting a wholesale price from them and selling for retail....

My daughter and I got our ears peirced here by Mason. He was awesome. She is only 5 and he was great making her feel comfortable and talking to her throughout the process. She loves her new ear peircings, and i love my new one as well! It was definitely a great experience!

I did my very first tattoo here. It was a very good experience. Very clean and I was so nervous and scared, but Bobby was amazing and everyone is so nice. He explained me the after care and everything that I needed to know. Love my first tattoo 😍.

Everyone is super friendly and are very cool about explaining things, especially to a newbie nerd like me. I was searching for kratom for some non narcotic pain relief an they were awesome about telling me how it worked. Don't be all weirded out by the weed paraphernalia, they have all kinds of cool stuff for everyone!
