How to even begin... It breaks my heart to say I'll probably never go here again.. I once was a loyal customer.. I've been going to this place since 2011. I have 21 tattoos. 16 were done by Felix. It used to be a great place to go and Felix was my favorite tattoo artist.. keep in mind I don't live close.. it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get here from my home.. but lately things have gotten ridiculous.. the last few months I'd try to schedule an appointment and either never hear from him or get a really late appointment.. 2 weeks ago on Friday May, 6th I was scheduled at 6:30pm. I showed up not only on time but a bit early. I went in at my scheduled time only to find out he wasn't there. His apprentice told me he should be back anytime cuz he had left at 5:45. So I sat in the shop and waited 20 minutes before going back out to the truck with my fiance. From there I waited another 10 minutes. He finally showed up around 7ish but I didn't have time to go in before he came rushing out of the shop and walked off. His apprentice then came out and told me I'd have to schedule for a different day. I still have yet to hear an apology for this. We took time out of our day to make a trip up there to get my tattoo done. So finally after trying all last week to get ahold of him i tried scheduling it for Thursday May 19th and told him I was getting 2 small tattoos and then got told he didn't have time the day before the day I was supposed to go in. I tried to schedule it on Sunday or Monday for Thursday. I rescheduled for Friday May 20th at 3pm. Showed up early. He was in the middle of another tattoo so I decided I'd wait it out a little. I waited in the hot shop for a good hour before I left. During the time I was waiting he asked what I was getting done and so I showed him. And then he told me to pick one. I scheduled for 2. So at this point I was upset. Not only had i been there for close an hour past my scheduled time already but I also wasn't gonna be able to get both done even though that's what I scheduled for. So after waiting a bit longer I just left. My appointment was at 3 and I left at 4. A little later I got told by him that that tattoo he was working should have been done at 2:30 but she needed to keep taking breaks cuz she couldn't handle it. I don't know about anyone else but I think he should have had her come back later or the next day or something to finish it since he had other appointments scheduled. I'm just very very disappointed..i never wanted to look for another shop to get my work done but it looks like I'm gonna have to.. and I really used to love coming here. Every tattoo I have is from here.. It was good while it lasted but until things get better I won't return... :/

Felix has a PhD in tattonomics. My homie Felix be slingin dem ink bullets with dat tat gun. He's got a great tattitude. Highly recommended for all your tattooing needs.

Yet again, another AMAZING tattoo from Felix at Ace. I've been going to this small shop for 16 years and have never gotten anything other than an awesome experience. My wife is extremely happy with the first part of her chest piece.

I came back into town to visit my family for the holidays. Traditionally we get a little tattoo when I do. My little sister and I was looking for something small and not to exspensive forbthe size we wanted. Went to 4 different shops and the pice was way to high...Ace Tattoo did it right then and at a very reasonable price!! I will go back again when I’m back in town and recommend it.

Dustin does amazing work I love my first tattoo he did, he has done all of my friend Annie's and they look amazing you can't even tell that one of them is a cover up. I love that they are reasonably priced too.

Jennifer. Did my tattoo and I get compliments everywhere I go. I'm happy and I've seen Charlie do some very nice work. I highly recommend this place. Friendly atmosphere but seems like never any music lol?

I moved out of colorado a few years ago. Before I had moved I would only go here to get my tattoos. Charlie was the best. I am hesitant to get a new tattoo in ny because nothing compares to the work I got from him. Can not say enough about him or the shop. A++
