My one and pretty much only stop when I need anything relating to my smoking needs. While i haven't bought much else from them I'm always interested and wishing i had more cash to possibly get some of the weird nick knacks they have inside.

This place is the epitome of the last minute items they put before the register to tempt you to buy just one more thing.

Besides that while I'm not familiar with the tattoo shop attached I'm always pleased with how clean the entire shop is with how wonderful the attitudes and atmosphere is all the time.

Yesterday I bought battery and it went beautifully balanced til I tried to get it charged it won’t let me do anything so I came today and the cool ladies made my day better!
Exchanged for other one and asked for other type of adapters then other cool lady remembered me we talked little ...
awesome people once you chill wit them little they’ll know what you need !

I went in to get some pipe cleaner and Caitlin not only discussed the different cleaners but recommended the best (not the most expensive) to me. Got home and all products worked great. Highly recommend this location, I've never had a bad experience here.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Very rude staff will definitely never return, was willing to buy a few pieces until the lady "helping" me acted like it was a burden. Clearly if you don't like your job don't do it!

I went in for a piercing the gentleman's their (one in training and the guy that did the actual piercing ) were amazing they made me feel very comfortable. If I decide to go back for more I won't go anywhere else.

The staff at freakys are always extremely helpful and personable. Been coming in for awhile and always look forward to my trips down to lakewood from Idaho springs so I can stop in to freakys!! Highly recommend!

Visited this establishment 3 times for the past 90 days, and it sure seems like the folks who work there have lost any sense of customer service.

First visit, I came in at about 6 pm. The store had a single employee who was assisting a guy who was asking a bunch of questions and looking at a lot of products. It was more than obvious that this potential client was going to stay there for a while. Instead of telling that client "hey sir, wait for just a sec, I'll check on that other customer real quick" - it didn't even crossed the seller's mind, and I was simply ignored. After 10 minutes of standing and staring at the air like a moron, I left, needless to say empty-handed.

A few weeks later, I gave that store another try. Came in at 7:30 pm, and besides the tattoo guy - there was no one else in the store. That dude mentioned something about the employees going out for a few minutes for a ciggy, but I never saw them. 7:30 pm, the store was empty when it was supposed to be open till 9 pm. Lovely.

The third poor experience I had with this location happened several weeks ago, when I stepped in at 7:30 pm , and there were 2 attendants: one was helping a guy who checked out many display items (I already realized I would be ignored so I didn't even bother approaching him) and the other attendant was busy counting the cashier - and ignoring me completely (why was she counting the cash before the store closed and there were customers in the store - remains an unexplained mystery). I stood in front of her for 5 minutes, and after realizing on the quality of the human material on duty in this store, I just left, again after being aired-out and completely ignored.

To the owner of this business - you got some serious customer service issues in this location, and some of your employees are seriously lacking the minimal skills to hold a position where customer service is involved - that is despite the good reviews.
I also deal with clients, and often times need to juggle between a few of them at the same time. There is nothing worse than ignoring a customer and making him feel unwanted and/or ignored. This is the main and the foremost obvious rule of any customer service related job - and whoever is failing to understand that, should NOT be working and serving people.

I will never set foot at this location ever again, despite its convenient location nor refer any people I know. I'd rather take my business online or elsewhere than set foot in an establishment that made me feel unwanted - unless this matter will be properly resolved.

I really hope this constructive review will shake things up and help weed out unqualified personnel and improve the overall shopping experience.

Great selection, and perfectly reasonable prices. They have all sorts of stuff. I have always been treated with great respect and smiles by the staff. It is my favorite smoke shop in the area. I cannot say anything about the tattoo side of things personally, but I have seen the area, and it looks clean and professional. I have a friend who has gotten a tattoo done by them. It looks like it was done by a real professional, and I believe it was.

Good selection, friendly employees.
