Amazingly clean. Knowledgeable staff. Sterile procedures followed and Id required. (Even if you have grey hair.) Mitchell made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. Overall a great experience. I will certainly return.

I was planning to come here for some piercings and as always I looked to reviews first. It’s really a shame, because I was full well willing to ignore the bad reviews since they were less prevalent than the good.. but then I saw the responses from one of their business people. The amount of disrespect and bitterness in the way this person responded to customers that spent their hard earned money to get a piercing botched? No thank you. I hope they see this and understand that a new approach to criticism is absolutely necessary.

Had the most amazing experience here when I got my nipples redone ! I couldn't be more happy with how much time and effort they took to make sure they were perfect! I absolutely love the results and ill be recommending this place to everyone I know.

My daughter got her eyebrow pierced about a year ago. The piercer Jen was wonderful to work with. My daughter's piercing healed perfect as we followed up with the after care sprays and antibacterial cleanings. As far as these other few bad reviews use some common sense, and don't blame a gloved santized piercer for your infections. If you don't do the proper after care you'll get an infection.🤔🙄
