BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED !! As an Business owner myself That knows how IMPERATIVE it is to take care of your customers this Unprofessional establishment Makes me SICK !! Not only They will cancel on you in just minutes before your appointment With no remorse or courtesy, This Place will charge you extra and find a way to get out of a touch up when it is a disaster in the first place ! Do not waste your time or money (Absolutley Pathetic).. There are Way more professional Outfits in town That would love to treat you with Respect and give you the Kind Customer Service that is expected !!

I was embarrassed of the tattoo and it felt incomplete. The lines were so light and it looked like I've had the tat for many years.
I contacted the artist to get it touched up and added to since it looked horrible and no response. When I contacted the shop, I was told I couldn't see a different artist, it would be additional costs, and a month out. Totally disappointed. I took my business elsewhere as you wear it for a lifetime.

Keisha has done two tattoos for me and she is amazing! Everyone in the shop is super nice and informative. It’s a clean and professional shop. I highly recommend it!

I dont typically review businesses, except in the case of exceptionally bad or good service...As a person who has been tattooed from Honolulu to Orlando, some great and some less than...I can say the team at MGLA knows what is up. The shop is clean, the reception is warm and the staff is honest! You compensate them for the work they do and not their smoke/restroom breaks (these shops exist, trust me). Some shops feel like you are going to get overcharged, a bad tattoo, or sick....MGLA IS NOT ONE OF THOSE SHOPS. They tell you their hourly rate and that's what you pay. The tattooing process is a discussion between you and your artist...what you say matters and that's important. You can trust the MGLA website - in my experience, what's posted their is how it is. I will be returning here for more work and highly recommend MGLA wether you're getting your first or 501st (see what I did there nerds?) tattoo.

Very clean and professional shop. My fiance and I got our first tattoos and are overwhelming pleased with the experience and really enjoyed working with our artist, Zack. We will definitely be back for future tattoos.

DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!!!! Worst customer service I've ever had! I did have my piercings done here so I would obviously order my jewelry from here. I ordered the jewelry from them March 8th for a trip I was going on in April from the 17th to the 22. When I placed the order for the jewelry, the guy working told me that the jewelry would be here in 2 to 3 weeks or a month at the most. Five and a half weeks later it was almost time for my trip and I still hadn't heard anything about my jewelry so I called them. They said the jewelry had been on back order and they should be there within a week or two and I told him I couldn't wait for a week or two so he told me they would have the shipment expedited so I'd have it before my trip. Obviously didn't get here and they told me there was nothing they could do. The day I was leaving I told them I wasn't going to need the jewelry anymore and I wanted my deposit back and the guy on the phone said "The only person that can refund your money is Ryan and she isn't here today." Then he hung up on me. When I got back from my trip I decided to just wait for them and still nothing. The only person that knew about the jewelry orders was Ryan and she was never available and never called me back. I've called three times a week for 9 WEEKS! I finally talked to Ryan today to tell her that I ordered the jewelry from somewhere else and they would be here today so I would like my deposit back and she just told me no. No customer service, they always lied to me and said " The jewelry should be here next week with the next shipment of jewelry." and it just never happened.

Unreal experience! Not only was my artist amazing and full of tons of knowledge and talent, but everybody there was extremely professional and great at what they do. Great group of people who love their art. Not to mention it is the only place that I have been that has 3 generations of female tattooist who are badass.

Keisha was a dream to work with and talk about tallent!! You can see by her portfolio that she's incredibly talented, but she also had the capacity to hear what this old-ish gal wanted and my reasons behind what I wanted and all my secret meanings and was able to incorporate it perfectly into my design!! I would go and get more ink from her just to hang coz she's one cool lady! I'm going to try and post a picture of just one part of the tattoo below...we will be adding more!!!

I had D as my artist. I'm so grateful that she was the one who gave me my tattoo because she is just so amazing. She was very nice and talented. I would really suggest her if you want a great tattoo.
