Cheap, low quality product is sold here, under a high price tag. The store refuses to take responsibility for selling defective item. Filled CC dispute, got my money back. Too bad their customer service desires only improvement.

This company has the same problem that most companies do a lack of appreciation for there customers and employees. They treat their staff like robots and operate through shady business practices for the sake of profits. They are not a real smoke shop they are a corporate entity who only cares about your money becoming their money. Support small business not corporations.
