I made a 3:30 appointment to have a tattoo done on Friday and the guy who scheduled it wrote down 3 instead of 3:30 so when I got there at 3:25 for my tattoo I was told it was scheduled at 3 when it was actually scheduled at 3:30 so he told me I can reschedule but refuse to do the tattoo that day. I will never go to this tattoo shop ever again for any reason. Just because the staff member made a mistake on the time they wrote down shouldn't affect me not being able to get my tattoo that I scheduled for the correct time and put a deposit down. They gave me my deposit back but refuse to do the tattoo that day so I refused to go back to this establishment and I will let everybody know what happened. This is terrible customer service or should I say this is not customer service!

I came in to get my septum pierced after visting another shop and finding no success. I got taken in by Karissa and she instantly looked at me and told me "your septum is crooked, I won't pierce it". Props to her for saying that she would't pierce it because some piercers might do anything to make a client happy rather than doing what is best for the client in the long run. So, I settled on getting my nostril pierced which I was completely fine with. She had me lay down and she got her supplies ready. In two deep breaths, it was done! She gave me some time to breathe before sitting up and she was keen on making sure I didn't feel sick or drowsy. I then stood up after a few minutes and I was walking out with a new piercing. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and the actual piercing took 2 of those 15. I don't think I'm going to go to any shop but The Avenue from here on out. Thank you Karissa!

Piercings were quick and painless. Well almost painless! Would of gave 5 stars but my girl and I had to wait for kind of a long time before being helped. Overall great shop!

I was a walk in foe my second tattoo ever, and everyone was great. Super friendly and welcoming. Gerardo worked on me and did a gorgeous job. This place is great, and has more than fair prices.

This place is awesome I took my 13 year old son in here for ear piercing . The piercer was very gentle and made my son very comfortable she was awesome ! The price was reasonable and the whole experience was great 😊 Deffinilty will recommend this place to my friends

Went in to get a piercing removed and was told one person was in session and there was another person ahead of me. Shouldn't take long, I thought.
NOPE, WRONG.
IDK how long it takes to get pierced, but don't think it should take FIFTY-ONE MINUTES for only TWO people.
Maybe it is naive to assume it should be quick, but there should have been SOME communication from the staff regarding how long it was going to take, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted nearly an hour of my life. The lady doing the procedure didn't even know what I was there for and I do not believe she even changed her gloves.
TL:DR Piercing 2 people took 51 minutes. Do NOT come here.
