I went here for the my first time piercing (earlobes), after reading all the great reviews on amazing work and post-piercing care/advice. The front desk guy is super nice -the one star is for him- can't say the same thing for the piercing artist. No advice at all unless asked and when asked, answers were short. We were sent away with a pamphlet and were told to read it- so much for post-piecing care. Worst part, my piecing is asymmetric. The location on the two earlobes (looking from the front) are about right, but the directions or angles are different. Price: $300 for two of us. Not coming back.

Overall pretty disappointed, put in a lot of time and money and I ended up with a ton of mediocre tattoos. The guy they got there RJ, totally rushed my sleeve, it came out trashy, I tipped extra hoping he would try to make it look good. We even planned appointments early in the day, months in advanced, he said he would spend all day just to finally get my sleeve wrapped up, he bailed after like 2-3 hours and I’ve been left with an unfinished sleeve. Honestly, I’m afraid to go back because I’m afraid they will just make it worse.

I did a walk in septum piercing and was lucky to have them do it almost right away. Holly did the piercing and was extremely helpful and answered all questions and concerns I had. I even got to customize the horseshoe balls with colored stones, never knew you could do it. Definitely will be coming back for a tattoo, super chill environment and everyone was super helpful

A phenomenal experience. The receptionist Ashley is theeee best. The shop is really clean and looks great. I love the art work. I even bought a t-shirt. Just saying... they're that great.

I went in to get a piercing, as a walk in. The staff was friendly and professional at the counter. I had a minimal wait time. Stan was an amazing piercer. He was engaging, professional, and made me feel very comfortable/safe. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and a wonderful teacher. He went over risks, precautions, cleaning, and made sure I properly understood everything. I would definitely recommend him.

Holly is a wonderful and professional piercer. She was very informative, and walked through everything she was doing along the way. Definitely a super comfortable environment! Will definitely return for more piercings!!!

I went in today to get my second nose piercing and my 3rd lobe piercing. Today holly and another girl, who I believe was an apprentice, did my piercings. Both were super nice and helped me create a nice layout for my ear and placement for my nose piercing. The shop itself is very clean and they have a nice variety of jewelry to choose from. The piercings came out beautiful! I’ve gotten pierced there before by Stan and it was the same experience given everyone is very helpful and informative. The piercing I got done by Stan healed up perfectly as well so I had to go back. 100% recommend getting pierced here!

This place is awesome. Parking is tricky but these people bend over backwards to please. The whole place is so squeaky clean and they are constantly cleaning. Prices are very reasonable.

I’m pretty disappointed because I’ve gotten two piercings from this place and had good experiences, but after this last experience I will never go there again. I recommended my girlfriend come here to get her nose pierced and when we showed up the guy at the front desk had terrible customer service and was bothered by the most basic questions when I asked how long the wait would be and the cost. His attitude made us so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving and I won’t recommend this piercing place again. We were trying to support small business through the pandemic, but they obviously didn’t appreciate or need our business and future potential customers.
