I’m a returning customer of Opal Tattoo. The customer service here is beyond more than what I expected. Everything from the moment I walked in to my finished artwork. Not only is this tattoo shop more the welcoming to everyone, but it’s a very clean place to be tattooed. I’ve walked in to many tattoo shops but I always felt iffy, didn’t feel clean etc. The artist, Zara, was ready with my design the moment I walked in and even asked if there was an adjustments I wanted but as expected it was the perfect piece! We chatted for some bit and once we get to a rough spot she offered to put on a movie for a little distraction. Overall, the staff is very friendly, the place is clean, therefore I will continue to come!

Got tattooed by the talented Erin a few months back. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable, and she gave me the exact tat I was hoping for. Communication was easy, as she was very responsive and understanding of what exactly I wanted. Plus, the place was super cute and colorful and very clean, which is always reassuring to see when your'e about to go under the needle.

I fully intend on going back for some more ink in the near future!

Found opal tattoo on Instagram of all places! Had been searching for an artist to complete a floral piece for quite some time. Once I viewed Zara’s work, I knew she was the artist I wanted to tattoo me. Shop is very clean and welcoming. Zara was great to work with and brought my design to life. Will be getting my second and third pieces done this coming Saturday. Love that this shop is women and LGBTQ owned as well 💛

Zara is an extremely talented artist, and made my tattoo experience so comforting. I appreciated her openness in the concept, and the creativity and artistry she brought as well. She is super kind, detail oriented, and I would definitely recommend her and her team.

I’ve been here twice, once with Jackie and another time with Erin, and both experiences have been nothing short of wonderful! The place is full of light and great vibes. The people in it are inviting, kind, and definitely good at what they do. I’m going for a third round next year, this time with Zara and I cannot wait!

Did an entire Star Wars/flower/mandala sleeve at Opal with Zara and received nothing but timely service, professionalism, and the highest quality work. The shop is welcoming and the other artists are great! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind piece of art on their body!

Zara (Opal) designed and tattooed a beautiful piece for me. Her studio was such a comfortable space. She, and the other people working in her shop were welcoming. I had a great experience and hope to have her do more tattoos for me in the future.

Zara/Opal is the only artist I go to since moving to CA 5 years ago. I absolutely love her work and her vision. She is extremely impressive at what she does and timely. I have never been stopped as much as I have about my tattoos until I started coming to Opal Tattoo Studio over 2 years ago. Every piece on my arms is strictly from her and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I absolutely love this shop, the owner & the artists that tattoo here. You immediately feel welcome when you come into the studio (hello LGBTQ+ friendly decor!!) and everyone is so friendly. It goes without saying that every tattoo I’ve gotten here is GORGEOUS. I’ve had tattoos by both Zara & Erin, their line work is out of this world & I get complimented daily on their pieces. If this is your first tattoo or your 70th, I recommend anyone to this shop (unless you’re mean).
