Great spot for my first tattoo. I had Polina and she was super nice, did a great drawing and a great tattoo, very gentle and beautiful. The place was very clean and professional and getting tattooed was a fun and easy experience. Would recommend this place to others and will be back for more!

Beautiful shop, calm atmosphere with good laid back rap music, staff was extremely friendly. My first tattoo and they welcomed me to the world perfectly.

This is was my first tattoo experience. Tattoodo helped pair me with Lawrence at Iron and Ink. Tattoodo staff was friendly, informative, and pleasant to work with. Iron and Ink is a very clean, professional, and welcoming tattoo shop. The staff was friendly and attentive. I really liked working with Lawrence. He is a warm kind soul and very enthusiastic about his work. I came to Lawrence to get a memorial tattoo for my daughter who was stillborn January 10th of 2021 at 31 weeks. Her name was Rowan Iris Drake. I knew that I wanted imagery of Rowan tree (aka tree of life, aka mountain ash) leaves and berries as well as an iris flower. I like black work, black and grey, and fine line styles the most so combined with his floral design experience Lawrence was an excellent match. He did not disappoint! I now have a really cool tattoo on my inner forearm that I am very happy with. Beautiful line work and shading. I highly recommend Lawrence and Iron and Ink!

I had the most incredible micro-realistic tattoo done by Fernando and 100% could not recommend him and Iron & Ink Tattoos higher. His artistic abilities are astounding. Everyone was extremely friendly, organized, and professional. Fantastic and would absolutely come back to LA just to have another future tattoo completed here.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this studio and with our tattoo artist, Carlos. Victoria reached out to me through Tattodo and was very helpful, and booking was smooth. Carlos was able to easily capture our concepts and we were extremely pleased with his designs. He made us feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process. We came in from out of town and weren’t sure what to expect, and Iron and Ink exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend going to this studio!

I got tattooed by Fernando, and I just have to say, I’m very pleased with my tattoo! He’s incredibly talented, he’s gentle so it hardly hurt too. He was accommodating and made sure that I liked and was okay with everything such as placement, shading, and if anything needed corrections. Overall a great experience !

I had been thinking about getting my first tattoo for a long time but it was intimidating to find the right place with so many options available that would be able to do what I wanted. I started searching on Yelp and following artists on Instagram and came across Iron & Ink. Iron & Ink made it so easy. Their request form was so simple to fill out and they responded almost right away. I was able to easily set up an appointment via text or email and booked it for the following week. The deposit was easy via Venmo as well. I was super nervous and excited on the day but when I showed up I was completely put at ease. The place was super sleek and clean. Everyone was wearing masks. I filled out the paperwork and didn't wait long. My tattoo artist, Carlos, was amazing! So friendly and comforting about my first tattoo. He made sure I was pleased with the placement and that I was in a calm mindset. He just told me, I would be fine and that he had a light touch. He was right! I felt barely anything during my inner bicep tattoo and we had chill conversation. Most importantly, he took such special care with my tattoo which was my nickname and birthday written in my dad's handwriting who passed away 4 years ago. He made sure it was accurate, authentic, and would last. Carlos walked me through all the post-care I needed to know and assured me I could reach out with further questions. I paid and tipped at the front desk and was also given free balm for my tattoo. I could not have asked for a better tattoo experience. I hope they enjoyed having me there too because I know I'll be back again for my next tattoo. Big Thanks to Carlos and Iron & Ink.

I got my first tattoo at Iron & Ink and it was such a good and memorable experience. Carlos made sure I was comfortable and visited with me throughout to take my mind off, and we worked together to come up with a design I liked. I also corresponded extensively with Iron & Ink via text as I was visiting LA for only a week and they were gracious and helpful. And then my tattoo - I love it. It's detailed and I already have received complements. Would absolutely recommend this studio.

At the time of this post, I have 2 tattoos from them. Both are from Ai Mi specifically. She's really fast, open to changes you may want, and I love the art she tattooed on my arm. Highly recommend
