went to both berkeley & fairfield locations and both times i wasnt able to get a tattoo. i drove all the way to berkeley and the artist said he didnt have time, it was just a small tattoo that would take not even 15 minutes. then i thought i could try this location, i walked in and they said theyll take my info and get back to me the next day. never did.

My sister was kicked out of this location due to her having a service animal with her which clearly violates the Americans with Disabilities Act. This is completely against the law. Not only will we never be returning, we will be filing a complaint with the state for this.
