I went to get my dimples pierced here and after 4 days of having them I had to go to a different shop to have them looked at because they were so crooked and swollen thetother piercer at different shop said they were not done right at all. She put tongue bars in also at a diagonal and she did them way to far back I had to go to another shop to get them taken out I wouldn't have paid 90$ to have them done if I knew the piercer didn't Know what she was doing at all I'm pretty upset about this all honestly

As Proprietor of the shop, I felt compelled to leave a few words about Victory Tattoo. It is an honor and a privilege to work at this shop and carry on the values and work ethic set in motion by the original owner, Kip Delaney. The Delaneys set the bar very high on what the community can expect out of this shop. We are dedicated to working with the Butte County Health Department to ensure we are providing a safe product for our clients. We take every opportunity we can to contribute to various causes and donations to give something back to the community that supports us. Do not get tattooed by Derek, the shop owner!!!!! First off- HE DIDN'T ID ME. I never signed anything either. So unprofessional. Here is what I asked for vs. What I got. When I asked him to fix it because it looked awful- he said it looked just like the picture. Made me pay $350 for a roadkill raccoon, not the bear I asked for. I got it covered up by another artist who had done SEVERAL cover ups on Dereks bad tattoo work. If you want a real tattoo- go to Eye of Jade!

POOR jewelry selection & even POORER customer service!
I came in to have some jewelry changed. I was in a hurry & didn't look at it until later that eve & it was NOT what I had asked for. I went back the next day & was informed "That's all I have." No effort whatsoever was made to "make it right" so I just left - having spent $40 for something I didn't want.
I will NEVER go back there & will tell everyone I know to not go there!

I absolutely love my Jack and Sally tattoo! Judy did an amazing job on the shading ,I just adore the way I came out 🤩

I brought my friend here for her 18th birthday and we both got tattoos the artist were very professional and made sure we were comfortable the whole way through!

I've been getting tattooed by Derek for over a decade. He always does a great job, and all the friends & family I've referred to him think so too. I highly recommend getting a tattoo from any of the artists here!

Loved it, Judy was able to get me in last minute and did a fantastic job was super easy to work with. I'll definitely be back.

They have pictures on their was (flash) but they refuse to allow us to have certain ones on our bodies because the employee thought it was racist.

They can have it but not us.

Anyway, I left negative reviews about it and had one of their employees threaten bodily harm on me and try to intimidate me from speaking my mind.

I refuse to do business with any establishment that uses bully tactics to silence criticism. I don't care if they send their cronies after me!

Now the politically correct little snowflake is slandering my name by calling me a racist chomo?
Just because he's offended by a little symbol!

Owner's response goes to show how "professional" they REALLY are.

If you leave any derogatory reviews about their place or about how they refuse to do tattoos of which they have a picture on their wall, they will have some of their cronies threaten you with physical violence. Therefore I will not mention how they refused to do a tattoo on me which they had a picture of on their wall back in 2003.
