I prematurely removed my nose ring to change it, and the hole closed on the inside. I was so upset at myself for removing it, because I knew it would be painful to put back in. My husband refused to help, he didn't want to hurt me. He gave me Jim Preston's card. I immediately called Jim the next day & he had time to see me. My experience with Jim was quick and painless. I was so glad to be cute again with my new gold nose stud. I will be back to see Jim again for more piercing and I will definitely recommend Jim. Excellent customer service & experience!💛👌😉⭐

Me and my bud got matching tattoos this week, and neither of us had been here before. It was the best experience either of us have ever had at a shop. Bobby was professional, easy to get along with, and INCREDIBLY talented. He redrew a rough sketch and made it into something amazing, listening to what we wanted and offering creative suggestions that we were both into. He was upfront about the price, the staff was sociable, and the artists have some crazy good talent. You'd be missing out if you didn't give it a shot.
