I had a man named Tojo do a tattoo of praying hands on my thigh, was supposed to be a 5 hour tattoo but he had it done in 3, they charge $100 an hour and if it doesn't take as long as charged they refund that portion of money.

I got a tattoo touch up long ago and it was a good price (2013) and I go in there and a guy wants to charge me two small flowers a high price (2020).
