This was by far the best experience I've ever had getting a piercing. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that all tools are clean. The staff also does a great job at making its customers feel welcomed and comfortable.

They were extremely helpful, courteous, and make you feel like you're a part of their family. Really comfortable atmosphere. Great quality and quantity of jewelry.

The only bad part was the wait time.
Of course, my friend and I chose a horrendous time-frame to be spontaneous, so that was no fault of the business.
Maybe the loud music but it drowned out other noises, so, there was, seemingly, a purpose.
I loved the old 90's Hip Hop playing, that helped!
The place is clean and well lit, with adequate seating. Even a water cooler in case you get parched.

It was worth the wait!
Kevin, the piercer, was exceptionally professional.
He's has his own autoclave, and, you can immediately tell, takes meticulous care with sanitization procedures.
The only other thing he is as careful with is ensuring your comfort with the procedure.
(Also, bonus points - his favorite color is green! 💚)

For anyone who is curious about taking their children to see or get their ears done, yes, it's fine!
I would trust these guys and their ilk 1,000 over before I would anyone with a gun again.

They are required to speak with Kevin, who is of large stature, with many facial piercings and tattoos, as well as knowledgeable, soft-spoken and eloquent.

I had no shame in asking for the cheap stuff, but, have no worry, even the 'cheap stuff' is quality!

I adore and appreciate the IN YOUR FACE aftercare education for any piercings. They will make sure you know right from wrong, as there is so misinformation and hurt from those piercing gun monsters at Walmart and mall stores.
(I apologise to any gun piercers who may have been talented or gentle, etc, but overall, awful process, and mostly due to the gun! Please to not send me hate mail.)

Kevin and the Crew are the bomb ! They treat you with dignity and respect . Their selection is great and they are always willing to hunt the Internet for something else if they don't have what you want . Their store is always clean , I have been in several times , and they practice safe and sanitary handling of you and your jewelry .

What the point of a appointment if they don’t start working on you till 45 min after your appointment?

I only had a new piece of jewelry put in an existing piercing but I was really impressed with the service and the level of care and attention they put in to something that was fairly simple. I would trust them to take care of a piercing for me if I want one in the future. They know their stuff!

The store us clean and all staff are professional. Kevin goes out of his way to ensure his clients are comfortable. Highly recommend

Made things very difficult when trying to get a piercing, pricing is higher than their competing businesses, ask for multiple forms of identification for the health department. Don't show you when they do sterilization. All in all is not a good place to go to, I recommend going somewhere else.

Best Place for piercings!!! I love that the place is really clean and the artists are very sterile! I have gotten several piercings her and havent had a problem with any of them, the jewelry is also good quality jewelry! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I flew into arkansas and called this shop to help with my vch piercing and let me just say they were very professional, informative, and helpful. Lets just say i walked out fixed up and in better spirits. This is a place that i would DEFINITELY recommend.
