after being rescheduled multiple times with no luck of actually receiving a tattoo I will be going somewhere that my time is taken seriously.

Showed up before they're posted closing time just trying to get my daughter's ears pierced before the first day of school and not only was the lights off and the doors locked and you could see people inside but they wouldn't even answer the phone when I was literally outside waving my phone asking them to please answer. That doesn't seem like very good customer service to me so I would definitely not recommend this place
EDITED TO ADD:: it wasn't even the closing early that bothered me, it was the fact that y'all saw me trying to call and I was looking at you and you wouldn't even answer. You could have at least answer the phone

I went in today. This is my second visit there, first time getting a tattoo. Micalea did an amazing job and was very professional.

I came by to get my nose pierced, and even after some problems with the thickness of my nose, Kay was SO nice and encouraging. She did all she could to make it work, and in the end I came out with a beautiful nose piercing! I don't want to go anywhere else for my future piercing or tattoo needs!

I went to Stigma Ink and got a tattoo done. They are all super nice and literally treat you like family there. I am very picky. I am no the type to get tats just to get them. All mine represent certain times of my life so i dont just go to any tattoo shop. I research and research. With that being said, I love my tattoo and will be going back. They are all amazing. They are clean and make sure they use all protocols. Thank you Stigma for the great experience.

Came in for a tattoo and girlfriend got a piercing. She has never felt so comfortable! The girls at this shop are awesome! Super great environment, definitely the best place in the NWA!

Covid guidelines are obviously not being followed at all. The girl piercing my ears seemed distracted for the majority of the time. Earring backs were put on way too tight and caused irritation. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.
RE: When I first came in no one was wearing a mask in the small and crowded building. Also, when I was checking out, the piercer took her mask off to talk to me. It was not something I threw in as a scare tactic. It is the truth. Very unprofessional response, but also not super surprising coming from you guys.
