Got a tattoo with Mikey and he is amazing! You'll never find a shop more caring about your experience and more fair of a price. Other shops with try and tell you that your design will take longer than it actually will just to get more money out of you. I went to over 15 shops comparing prices, environment and the staff and nothing compared or even came close to this shop. Thank you Mikey and staff for my amazing tattoo and experience!

Wouldn’t even consider going here because they employ Jen. I recently witnessed her bullying people using her professional tattoo artist account with this business tagged in the bio and I can’t support a company who hires artists like that. It’s a shame she’s talented because boy she is vile.

I do not live in the state of Arizona, but while there I thought "why not get an old tattoo cleaned up". This is the shop that was suggested to me and I am so thankful it was. Except for the fact that now I am going to have to trek here from out of state every time I want to get something tattooed. :)
The shop is very clean and well taken care of. Laine was working at the front and was such a huge help getting everything worked out. She made the whole process a breeze, from booking through payment. Kenzie was also working the front and was hilarious. The whole shop had a camaraderie that made me feel good about getting tattooed there.
My artist's name was Ken. I didn't think my tattoo could be cleaned up even remotely as well as he did but he made it look near brand new. It was font, which can be really tricky after a decade+ of existence.
Even though I don't live in AZ, I know that this won't be my last tattoo experience at Golden Rule. Well worth it!

My first tattoo in general and Kyle Rockey did amazing! He explained the whole process before starting and my tattoo came out even better than I expected it to. The shop itself is being EXTREMELY careful with Covid-19. Will be back again!

They got me in so fast when no one else could, all it took was a call and an email (granted it was a small piece). Tianna was my artist and I will be coming back to her whenever I am in town! The atmosphere was chill and friendly and I've only ever been able to find that with my artist in CA where I live, which is amazing. The shop is clean and taking COVID-19 so seriously. Masks and appointments are required but you can come in the shop to set them up and talk to an artist. No other people are allowed in right now unless they also have an appointment. All in all, come check these guys out!
