They were extremely professional and made the experience way more comfortable for me, (it was my first tattoo). They made me feel like they genuinely cared about their customers and my artist George was extremely talented. I would recommend them to anyone.

AMANDA is an amazing owner. SHE is the nicest WOMAN ever and does not have a mean bone in HER body. SHE keeps HER employees busy and happy and this is by far the best shop to get tattoos and piercings from in all of AZ. Great job at keeping such a beautiful thing going AMANDA.

My daughter had a peircing emergency. She has a graduation tomorrow and the added stress was the last thing needed. We found Mad Tatter on google and called to ask if they could help. The man that answered was very friendly and said "sure" without hesitation. When we got there, we were greeted right away and Jacob took us right to the back and saved the day! We were going to be looking for a place to get tattos anyhow and had not even started looking til the nose ring emergency. Now we are scheduled and excited to get tattoos later this week. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel comfortable...not to mention we saw some freshly done work while we were they that looked beautiful and the customer was very pleased with it...thanks again for saving the day Jacob! The customer service, attention to detail and overall friendliness was outstanding!!
