the shop said it was opened till 9pm but wasent yesterday i arrived around 4pm they said to email the design and by 6pm someone will be there when I walked in I wasn't even welcomed at all the guy said they're not tattooing when there was 2 people there getting tatted the guy was very rude and wasted my time
