I feel so, incredibly welcomed at SDITATTOO. Lai and Warren are the most down to earth human beings you will ever meet. The shop is always clean, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable while getting a tattoo done and is home to the best tattoo artists Alaska has to offer. Warren Oliver is the best! Although it is hard to get an appointment at times, It's worth the wait because THAT'S HOW GOOD THEY ARE and everyone wants to book with Warren and is willing to wait because of the great outcome that left me satisfied with my art piece. I highly recommend this place!

Been here 3 times and still booking appointments. Clean place, friendly staff, and great work. Prices are very reasonable and the work is quality. I will recommend this place over any other tattoo shop I've been to in Anchorage.

I have only worked directly with Warren and Lai, so I can speak to my experience with them. I’ve never been to a more professional or over-the-top caring business as the one they have. Warren definitely cares a lot about his customers and wants to do EXACTLY what you want and pays very close attention to detail. He’s very professional, yet personable. Lai works really hard in making sure you feel taken care of and goes the extra mile to accommodate you and follow up afterwards. I will only go here for my tattoos from now on and I don’t mind how long the wait might be. It’s worth it.

I walked into the shop the other day and asked to get a septum piercing, I was able to leave with my piercing within 20 minutes! Everyone I talked to was extremely nice, and Rachael was just a sweetheart. She talked me through everything that she was doing, and was very professional and clean. They gave me a brochure with instructions on how to keep my piercing clean, and it had Rachael's business card stapled on so I can reach her if I need help. The shop was very clean and professional looking, I'm only going to go to this shop for my piercings now.

Sims was excellent and very knowledgeable with his work. It was my first tattoo as well as being rather last minute with me being from out of town. He was very responsive and helpful and very thorough. Warren has an excellent apprentice!

Warren’s work is the best! He’s a great guy to have a conversation with and in general! He went has far as buying pizza and amazing wings for everyone in the shop. He and his wife stayed with me until 0230 in the morning to get as much work done as possible and then drove me home! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I can’t wait to finish my awesome half sleeve with him!

Had my first experience at SDI last month. Got a small palm tree on my wrist, nothing too complicated. Warren, who owns the business along with his wife, was dwindling and very willing to do the tattoo. The entire process was easy and relaxing. They even provide snacks and entertainment while you wait. Warren took my idea and put more effort in than I imagined. The tattoo came out beautifully and impressive detail. I will CERTAINLY be returning for future artwork from SDI.

The place is awesome. Hospitality is off the charts. The detail, and color of the work they produce is amazing. Rates are good. They're very accommodating when it comes to moving around the hours and appointments in case work gets in the way. Hands down one of the best tattoo parlors I've been to. Including the lower 48. Highly recommend for your next tattoo
