I had my nose pierced by Charlie, he was cheerful, friendly, professional and answered every question and explained everything before he started. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a piercing! They make you feel comfortable and at home!

If you can ACTUALLY get anyone to answer the phone in either locations then the guy doing the piercings will be late. The employees were busy with some sort of argument and obviously angry. Not someone I want making a permanent alterations to my body.

Hands down the cleanest in town! Great staff, details are perfect, advice is straight forward, and you don't feel awkward or lied to while getting your piercings and tattoos done!

I had been going to BPU for a tattoo removal session and the lady there had told me I'd only have to come back about 6-7 times for my tattoo to be completely gone. After seeing no results I elected to look into going to a new place. The day I was suppose to get my 6th session, the woman called me to cancel and told me she'd call me when she was available to continue the sessions. She NEVER called me back. I decided to go to Solara in the University Center Mall and only after ONE session my tattoo is over half way gone. I would never suggest going to BPU for a laser session.

My tattoo was suppose to be a memorial tattoo for my dad and it's super messed up and the lines are not straight and the words are mashed together. I do not recommend this place.
