Love this place I go there every time I'm in gulf shores

I'm giving 5 stars specifically for Tim Young, the tattoo artist. We got very simple tattoos (by 2 of the other artists)last year and we were fine with them but this year we got tattoos to celebrate 1 year of marriage and they were more intricate. We were lucky enough to be booked with Tim and he went above and beyond both of our expectations. We are both beyond thrilled. I'm so impressed by his attitude and talent. No words can accurately describe how much I love my tattoo, my husband does too!. Thanks, Tim! For the record, we did NOT get matching tattoos.

Seems like most of the reviews are for the tattoos not the store its self. I had no issues with the staff besides the lack of knowledge of basic vape shop . Such as any thing that has nicotine and is a liquid has a shelf life. I purchased a $30 BO starter kit(marked down price), 2 $10 mango packs(also marked down) and some other random things. My issue was when I went to use pod fresh out the pack I saw that the juice was black and the pod completely falling apart.The pods were so old the connection pins fell off and made the pods completely unusable. Out of the 6 mango pods (two packs of 3pods) that I purchased and 2 fruit that came in the starter pack only 2 pods work. 1 mango and 1 fruit. I'm not mad I'm just upset that they majorly missed the ball on that one. Do not sell old products if you have to eat the cost oh well lesson learned. But under no means should you ever let it get that bad. I don't want a refund even though you guys have no refunds posted up.I just want you guys to do better. It was a great clean store but that could keep someone from ever coming back.

Tim Young (Dr. T) did an excellent job on a cover up of a tribal armband that I got 18 years ago and have been dying to get it covered up. He drew up the perfect lotus flower with Japanese water coming up behind it. He is an AMAZING artist and very professional. He knows how to make his clients feel comfortable. Thank you Tim for my beautiful tattoo!!

Got my first tattoo today. It was a great experience. Brad did a great job. Made me very comfortable and did an amazing job. So if you are thinking of getting a tattoo, ask for Brad

Seen this place for years! Finally went in for the very first time tonight. This is definitely one of the coolest stores ever! The staff was warm and friendly! It is a must stop if you are in Gulf Shores. For almost all ages!

Phenomenal!! Angie fixed me and my husband up with psychedelic tatts! Best in town no doubt. The whole staff is Awesome! We are definitely returning customers!

Would not recommend whatsoever. Save your money. This was my first tattoo and was expecting it to be a good experience because it was highly recommended from a friend. Me and some friends met the artist and right off the bat he was very unprofessional. Acted like he didnt even want to do any of the tattoos. One friend of mine was getting a tattoo in remembrance of her great grandmother who had recently passed. It was her first tattoo as well. She asked for it to be drawn just because she wasnt sure how big she wanted it or what she wanted it to look like. The artist said and I quote, "I mean I could draw it out but I just don't really feel like it." Right then I was turned off completely. A little frustrated. To be a "professional" tattoo artist he sure acted like he couldnt have cared less. Long story short, save your money. Ended up going to Precision Ink and was an amazing experience. Ask for Nick!!

Angie pierced my ears (tragus). She is awesome. Fast, efficient, professional. I will visit next year for sure. The people here are super kind and the items for sale ate way better than all the other souvenir shops.

Cool products with kind employees but essentially unsatisfactory customer service. Arrived at 3:43pm wanting simple tattoos, spoke with 2 employees neither whom helped nor directed us. After speaking with them regarding the tattoos they either went back to looking through a magazine to pick out crystals or went outside. For overall improvement in the store, focus more on urgency along with directing + implementing the customer’s needs. Finally we left at 8:30pm, for our inconvenience I was gifted 2 jewelry balls which cost $2 with a koozie .. kind thoughts but maybe a 10% discount on purchase next time your store encounters this situation. Happy with the tattoo I received 5 years ago as well as my most recent, but was given very little, if any information regarding post healing/safety. Sharing ideas from my experience as constructive criticism which will only benefit your company & future customers. Thank you!
