I was here many years back after losing my father. I got a Tattoo. I remember them being the same . Totally recommend this shop.

Went in for my fiancee's double helix piercing. Jake was quick, engaging, and helped ease her nerves. The new shop layout looked great too!

I had a tattoo done for my son by Mikey. I cannot express how much this tattoo means to me. Mikey did an outstanding job with it. He was polite, professional, clean, and creative. I dont take permanent things lightly and would highly recommend anyone to this place. Whether it be sentimental, spur of the moment, or traditional, this is the place to go. Getting a tattoo at King Cobra was such a great experience. I was incredibly nervous to get my first tattoo, but Jake and the rest of the team made the process so comforting. He walked me through the steps and made sure that everything was perfect before starting. Highly recommended to anyone in the State College area, and will definitely be coming back for another.

I recently got my first three tattoos here and couldn’t be happier. The penguin was a tribute to my late father, which made it even more meaningful when it came out perfectly. Timmy did all three, and was super professional, friendly, and fast. The shop itself is clean and a feast for the eyes. All the artists here have great flash covering the walls, and I’ve personally seen incredible work from all of them. I would be getting more from this shop in the near future if I wasn’t about to move! I highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you want a traditional style tattoo.

What a great experience! I'm an older person wanting a certain tattoo with great meaning to me....as I'm sure is common. Justin listened. I so appreciated that. He really listened. I was just there to make an appointment, but he was able to take me right away. My timing was right. I was in and out in an hour...a simple tattoo...and the whole experience from start to finish was professional, explained perfectly, I was not talked down to, or made to think that why I was there was not special. I highly recommend King Cobra for anyone even considering a tattoo!

I decided on King Cobra to get my first tattoo after hearing some awesome comments from a few friends, and I'm so glad I did. I was tattooed by Jake and he was great! He was super nice and friendly and he made me feel at ease immediately (which honestly isn't easy to do lol). Since it was first tattoo, I was nervous about doing something too crazy or detailed, so my tattoo was pretty simple, but Jake still did phenomenal. --- The shop itself was very clean, and they're adhering to covid restrictions (masks, sanitizing, only a couple people allowed inside at a time). I was very pleased with my experience and if/when I decided to get another tattoo (very likely) I'll definitely go back to King Cobra as long as I'm still in State College. Thank you again to Jake!

King Cobra is a nice little tattoo shop. All the tattoo artists are very skilled and do an awesome job. They run a very clean shop and it is nicely decorated too. I like that they do walk-ins and you do not need to make an appointment. Their rates are extremely reasonable, probably some of the best I have encountered for tattoos. I will probably hit them up again next time I am back that way on leave for some more ink.
