When I say I was impressed with their tattooing that doesn’t even cover it. Amazing work. The wait was a tad long but so worth it. And the tattoo process what so quick but amazing work. When I first looked at the finished tattoo I couldn’t believe my eyes it was fantastic.

My experience with Dependable has been positive from start to finish. I have been in multiple times to complete a sleeve by the very impressive Artist, @paul_watson_tattoos. My overall experience was very comfortable, and all of the staff was very friendly, professional, and busy. The artwork around the shop is excellent, and the general vibes have always been enjoyable. All the Artists are exceedingly knowledgeable and skilled at their profession, and their hilarious back-and-forth banter is worth the visit alone. Lastly, thank you, Karen, Mike, Jesse, Dylan, and other staff members, for helping create a great environment there at the shop.

I brought my cousin from out of town to dependable tattoo she showed him some very simple tattoo ideas and he raised his voice at us and told us that it just wasn’t possible because the tattoo idea that we had brought in didn’t have an outline. Which wasn’t even true it was a simple butterfly with a shadow.
I felt very disrespected and embarrassed that I had brought my family to such a rude place.

Went in for a matching tattoo with my mom and they took us as a walk in, we waited no longer than 20 minutes before going back. Dylan was our artist, he helped us make our idea into a beautiful tat! All the artists were nice, clean, and respectful, they truly know what they’re doing here. 10/10 recommend this place!

Fantastic experience. Super professional. Super cozy environment. I live up North in Albany and was visiting family. We came in as walk ins and they squeezed us in with a smile on their face even though they were busy(Labor Day weekend) can't say enough about the gentleman who took care of us. Never got his name(moved from West Virginia) Man, You and your professionalism Rock!!!!

I was told my walk in idea was too detailed. Sol gave me his card and told me to make an appointment, also told me his soonest availability. I tried to make an appointment. He never contacted me back in over a months time, yet has done multiple tattoos scheduled after I came in and tried to contact him. If you don’t have time, or have to make it a further out appointment, at least have the courtesy to respond to people whom you gave your card and told to contact you.

I wanted a small, simple first tattoo, and these guys were one of the few artists that seemed to be taking walk-ins. I called right at noon (which they strongly recommend, as they only take call-ins on the day-of). They put me on the list, called later that day, and gave me exactly the tattoo that I wanted. Great experience.
